As a safety measure, the first time you recharge your TúYo Mobile balance with a credit or a debit card we will immediately make the first $25 available. Any amount above $25 will become available after processing, usually within a 24 hour period. This applies to each specific credit/debit card you use. For example if you have a MasterCard and you recharge $50 on it, we will make the first $25 available immediately, and the remaining $25 will be available after processing. This is only the first time you use your MasterCard. The following times that you use this same card to recharge your TúYo Balance the full amount will become immediately available.
TúYo makes it easy to keep your account balance recharged and ready for use by offering you an auto-recharge feature. You can register a credit card or debit card by calling Customer Service at 611. You can set your auto-recharge to happen when your account balance gets low. You select the dollar amount.
Recharge cards are available at at authorized retailers in $10, $20, and $50 increments.
