- Accessories, SIM cards, TúYo recharge cards and/or unused balances are non-refundable.
- You must have the original receipt, original packaging materials and all components.
- Phones purchased at retail stores must be returned to that store in accordance with the store?s return policy.

- Clearly write the RMA code on your mailing label.
- Insure your package. TúYo Mobile is not responsible for packages not received.
- A full refund of the handset cost will be applied to your credit/debit card within
7-10 business days of receipt of your return. It may take a few days for the credit to appear on your card. Check with your financial institution for more information.

Phones that are paid for COD and that are found to be defective at the time of sale may be exchanged for a replacement phone. No cash, credit or money refund will be provided for a defective phone paid for COD. In order to return a defective phone paid for COD, you must:
- Call TúYo Customer Service at 877-GET-TUYO (438-8896) within 7 days of purchase for an RMA code.
- Return the phone and all accessories, components and packaging materials together with the original receipt to:

Should you wish to exchange your defective phone for a less expensive model, you must inform the TúYo Customer Service representative at the time you obtain your RMA code. A recharge card in the amount of the price difference between the phone you are returning and the phone you are receiving will be sent to you together with your new phone. No cash, credit or money refund will be provided for the difference in price between the phone returned and the new phone received.
